- Customer can send a SMS “PAY <Merchant Code> <amount> CC” to
5667766 or 9212156677 (Here CC refers to credit card)
- Customer receives an IVR call and is prompted to enter credit card number, expiry
date,OTP (Mandatory for card issued in India) and CVV number
- Customer receives a confirmation SMS regarding the transaction
- Merchant receives confirmation SMS and email regarding transaction as well
- Merchant can view the transaction via cellPAY web interface
Payment via Call Centre – Manual assisted
- Customer calls the Merchant call center and wishes to make payment
- Agent puts the customer on hold and calls cellPAY IVR number
- Agent enters the merchant id, customer’s mobile number, amount and mobile number
to be recharged on IVR as prompted
- Agent connects the customer in conference call with the IVR
- Customer enters the credit card number, expiry date,OTP(Mandatory for card issued in India) and CVV number as prompted on
the IVR
- Customer and agent are updated on the transaction status by IVR
- Customer receives a confirmation SMS regarding transaction
- Merchant receives a confirmation SMS and an email regarding transaction
- Agent can check the transaction via cellPAY web interface
Payment via IVR initiated by Merchant
- Merchant sends an IVR call to customer mobile number. Merchant can also send an
IVR call to customer via cellPAY web interface or via SMS.
- Customer receives an IVR call and is prompted to enter credit card number, expiry
date,OTP(Mandatory for card issued in India) and CVV number
- Customer receives a confirmation SMS regarding the transaction
- Merchant receives a confirmation SMS and an email regarding transaction as well
- Merchant can view the transaction via cellPAY web interface
Payment via SMS initiated by Merchant
- Merchant sends a SMS to customer mobile number. Merchant can also send a SMS to
customer via cellPAY web interface or via SMS. The SMS contains instruction on making
payment
- Customer replies to SMS with “OK <code>” and sends it to 5667766 or 9212156677
- Customer receives an IVR call and is prompted to enter credit card number, expiry
date,OTP(Mandatory for card issued in India) and CVV number
- Customer receives a confirmation SMS regarding the transaction
- Merchant receives a confirmation SMS and an email regarding transaction as well
- Merchant can view the transaction via cellPAY web interface
Payment via website initiated by Customer
Customer can pay via merchant website through the following payment options:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net Banking
- Cash Card
The Process Flow
- Customer visits the merchant website and selects the product to order
- At the check out page, customer selects to pay via cellPAY
- Customer is redirected to cellPAY URL
- Customer is asked to select a payment option
- Depending on the payment option selected, customer is asked to enter relevant authentication
details
- After the payment is complete, the customer is redirected to the merchant website
