Cellnext Solutions Limited ("Cellnext") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides the manner your data is collected and used by Cellnext. You are advised to please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by Cellnext you agree to the collection and use of your data by Cellnext and certain authorized third party service providers in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy. By accepting the Privacy Policy during registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement ( www.cellpay.co.in/user ) and the terms not defined in this privacy policy shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the User Agreement.

This Privacy Policy describes the information, as part of the normal operation of our services we collect from you and what may happen to that information.

1 Cellnext Privacy Guarantee

We will not give out your personal information, except where needed to deliver a good or service you ordered. We will not give out your credit card number or any account information unless you authorize it, e.g., processing a credit card payment. During payment transaction, the credit card information is not stored in our system, it is only transmitted securely to the payment gateway. We will not store your credit card information in our database, unless you register your credit card with your cellPAY account. In the event of registration of credit card, only the credit card number and expiry date will be stored in the database, in encrypted format. CVV number will not be stored in the database under any circumstances.

1.1 Personally Identifiable Information

Cellnext collects personally identifiable information about you only as part of the registration process on the cellPay Mobile payment Platform. Cellnext collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service. We may collect the following personally identifiable information about you like:

Name including first and last name
Mobile phone number and contact details
ZIP/Postal code; and
Demographic profile (like your age, date of birth, sex, address, city)
Any other information, which Cellnext may require, from time to time, for provision of services on the platform.

1.2 Our Use of Your Information

We use your personal information to:

Ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver you a truly personalized transaction on the cellPay Platform.

Tailor our Service to your interest.

To get in touch with you when necessary.

To provide such other services, as may be made available from time to time on the cellPay Platform and requested by you.

1.3 Our Disclosure of Your Information

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with merchants for you, subject to Clause 1.4 of this Policy. Please refer to clause 1 for usage of credit card information. In other words, we do not rent, sell or share your personal information and we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to any third parties:

Unless we have your permission;

Except to provide goods or services you've requested;

Except to help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person, violations of Cellnext terms of use or to defend against legal claims and;

Unless we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer.

From time to time we may also reveal general statistical information about our Service and users, such as number of users, number of transactions, number and type of goods and services purchased, etc. We may share information like, mobile number, demographic information etc., in aggregate form, with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third parties for research and advertising purposes.

Cellnext reserves the right to send you certain service related communication, considered to be a part of your Cellnext account. If you have purchased from our platform, we may occasionally update you via sms or e-mail of special new product arrivals, features or schemes on our platform. You can terminate your account at any time. However, your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or the termination of your account.

2 Security

To protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, we have in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures. For example, Cellnext automatically encrypts your information in transit from your mobile phone or browser to our servers using the latest encryption technologies. Your personal and credit card information is stored on our databases in encrypted format (only if user chooses to register the credit card with their cellPAY account, as specified in clause 1 above) so that even our administrators are not able to view the data.

3 Access or change your personally identifiable information

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally identifying information. If you have registered your profile on CellPay platform, your CellPay ID (which is your mobile number), and M-PIN are required in order to access your account and profile information. How can you Correct Inaccuracies in the Information? To correct or update any information you have provided, you can do that by logging to the website www.cellPAY.co.in using your individual account login details and accessing edit profile link.

4 Policy Updates

We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this cellPay Platform.
